Welcome! At InnoProbe Insight, we understand that for many organizations, leveraging on data is still a relatively new concept that’s actually being put into practice. This Company is founded on the premise of providing the highest quality data and insights to our clients, leveraging on cutting-edge innovative technologies of the day.

We are dedicated to the relentless pursuit of acquiring Quality Data that provides Richer Insights, enabling more organizations make better informed and Smarter Decisions.

For instance, the portal of our online survey community, ApiaryBuzz, is integrated with MyInfo Singpass. Signing up is now as simple as a few clicks, with the assurance of authenticated and verified profiling information provided direct from the databases of MyInfo Singpass.

We are also Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) certified. This certification is awarded by the InfoComm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore to organizations which are certified to have robust processes and data protection practices put in place to continuously maintain high accountability to Personal Data entrusted to them.

Data and the insights derived from it should be considered crucial tools that organizations must have in their daily arsenal of tools and should not be limited to exclusive use by large organizations only, but rather made available to organizations of all sizes and industries.

We aim to champion the use of our multifaceted services including among organizations that do not typically use such methods. Our Research Techniques

We use a variety of research tools and methodologies to help us get the most accurate and up-to-date results. With a mix of classic and state-of-the-art methododologies, we’ll get you groundbreaking insights!

The following are some of the techniques we employ.

Implicit Association Test

We use Implicit Association Test (IAT) to measure the strengths and association between concepts of thoughts of which the concepts might potentially be impacted by biased point of views if the survey questions were to be conducted in a regular set-up. In other words, we will explore the classic "can't say/ won't say" issue so that we can delve into the true perceptions of people for the actual reasons for certain mindsets.

Facial Coding

With our online panel members' consent, we use software and webcam to capture and measure their emotions through facial expressions when ads and digital videos are shown to them as stimulus.

Voice Technology

We incorporate the latest text-to-speech, screen reader software, as well as alt text, image descriptions and icon and image tagging to describe photos, images, logos. As a result, our surveys, report content and insights are more accessible to those who are visually-impaired.

Easy Read formats

Our reports and questionnaires are published in both standard pdf and Easy Read format – an accessible information design which is easier to read, and where the text is larger and pictures are next to words. This empowers those with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to play a role in the research when they would have otherwise been underrepresented.

High Contrast design

Our website and design content uses colours with a high level of contrast between information and background photos. This makes it as visible as possible and therefore more easily accessible to people with ageing eyes, certain types of colour blindness and other vision impairments.

WAVE tools

We use tools such as Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool (WAVE) to ensure that our online forms and surveys meet our accessibility criteria for individuals with disabilities.
