Returns and Refunds Policy
We at InnoProbe Insight are committed to providing high-quality market research services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the services we have provided, we offer the following returns and refunds policy:
1. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your market research project after we have already started, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund of some or all your payment, depending on the stage of the project and the resources we have already committed.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds for the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to complete the market research project as agreed upon and we cannot provide a satisfactory solution.
- If the results of the market research project are deemed to be invalid or unusable due to our fault.
- If you cancel your market research project before we have started work.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of our agreement to provide a refund. Please note that if we have already started work on your research project, we may retain a portion of your payment to cover the cost of the work we have already done.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the results of your market research project or any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and resolves any issues.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns through negotiation, we may agree to enter into mediation or binding arbitration. Any such dispute resolution will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the state in which we are incorporated.
